Basic Usage
Once installed, the plugin will begin parsing your posts, bookmarks (AKA blogroll) and other content and looking for links. Depending on the size of your site this can take from a few minutes up to an hour or more. When parsing is complete, the plugin will start checking each link to see if it works. Again, how long this takes depends on how big your site is and how many links there are. You can monitor the progress and tweak various link checking options in Settings -> Link Checker.
The broken links, if any are found, will show up in a new tab of the WP admin panel - Tools -> Broken Links. A notification will also appear in the "Broken Link Checker" widget on the Dashboard. To save display space, you can keep the widget closed and configure it to expand automatically when problematic links are detected. E-mail notifications need to be enabled separately (in Settings -> Link Checker).
The "Broken Links" tab will by default display a list of broken links that have been detected so far. However, you can use the links on that page to view redirects or see a listing of all links - working or not - instead. You can also create new link filters by performing a search and clicking the "Create Custom Filter" button. For example, this can be used to create a filter that only shows comment links.
There are several actions associated with each link. They show up when you move your mouse over to one of the links listed the aforementioned tab -
You can also click on the contents of the "Status" or "Link Text" columns to get more info about the status of each link.

Note: Some translations are not entirely up to date with the latest release, so parts of the interface may appear untranslated.
Other Credits
This plugin uses one or more icons from the beautiful "Silk" icon set.
This plugin will generate a special XML sitemap which will help search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo and Ask.com to better index your blog. With such a sitemap, it's much easier for the crawlers to see the complete structure of your site and retrieve it more efficiently. The plugin supports all kinds of WordPress generated pages as well as custom URLs. Additionally it notifies all major search engines every time you create a post about the new content.

Other interesting stuff:
Redirects the main feed and optionally the comments feed to Feedburner.com. It does this seamlessly without the need to modify templates, setup new hidden feeds, modify .htaccess files, or asking users to migrate to a new feed. All existing feeds simply become Feedburner feeds seamlessly and transparently for all users. Just tell the plugin what your Feedburner feed URL is and you're done.

Adds table editing buttons to a new, third row in the WordPress WYSIWYG editor.
A very light weight plug-in based on a slightly modified version of the table editor plug-in included with the full version of TinyMCE. Only includes English localization; please let us know if you would like additional localizations added. Note that this should not be used with other plug-ins that significantly alter the editor's default behavior. It is intended to be a simple, light weight solution for editors who only want to add table management to WordPress' included editor.
The third, editor toolbar is hidden or displayed along with the "kitchen sink."
Limit the number of login attempts possible both through normal login as well as using auth cookies.
By default WordPress allows unlimited login attempts either through the login page or by sending special cookies. This allows passwords (or hashes) to be brute-force cracked with relative ease.
Limit Login Attempts blocks an Internet address from making further attempts after a specified limit on retries is reached, making a brute-force attack difficult or impossible.

Google's free font directory is one of the most exciting developments in web typography in a very long time. The amazing rise of this new font resource has made this plugin the most popular font plugin on Wordpress and it shows no signs of stopping. While font plugin solutions like FontBurner.com have helped bring rich typography to Wordpress themes, the selection of fonts easily available to the average blogger have been limited. The WP Google Font plugin makes it even easier to use Google's free service to add high quality fonts to your Wordpress powered site. Not only does this plugin add the necessary Google code, but it also gives you the ability to assign the Google fonts to specific CSS elements of your website from within the Wordpress admin. Or if you would rather, you can target the Google fonts from your own theme's stylesheet.
Right now, the Google Directory has over 390 great fonts, and the selection is steadily growing. As new fonts are added, we will release updates to the plugin quickly so you can start using new fonts as they become available. It truly is an exciting time to be creating websites, and I hope this plugin helps you create some great stuff. - Adrian3
This plugin provides an easy to use interface to create and administer custom post types and taxonomies in WordPress. This plugin is created for WordPress 3.x.
Below is a slightly outdated example video showing Custom Post Type UI in action!
With this page widget you can create a page in the normal WordPress editor and then drop it in any widget space - you can even embed shortcodes, videos and so on, all from the usual visual editor, rather than having to type HTML into a text widget.
And you can even control the widget to a significant degree, meaning it can be hidden and revealed as and when you require it.
This makes for a much easier to use process and has proven hugely popular with our users for the creation of profiles, sidebar videos and more.
And you no longer need admin access to be able to edit sidebar content belonging to you!
In a few rare cases, with poorly coded CSS in themes you may run into problems, so you should test this widget with your theme, across several browsers, before using it on a critical live site.
The widget will not show up on the page that is chosen to show in the widget. So if you click through to the page the widget will disappear from the sidebar.
If you want to translate the widget interface the files need for that are held in a sub-folder called lang. Just copy the spec-page-widget-en-US.po file to match your language (spec-page-widget-xx-XX.po) then load it up in poedit and change what you need to change.
If you create a translation and you'd like your language file included with the plugin contact us at Spectacu.la and we'll see about adding it.
This plugin gives every widget an extra control field called "Widget logic" that lets you control the pages that the widget will appear on.
The text field lets you use WP's Conditional Tags, or any general PHP code.
There is also an option to add a wordpress 'widget_content' filter -- this lets you tweak standard widgets to suit your theme without editing plugins and core code.
If you like and use Widget Logic you could consider a small donation to Cancer Research UK. I have a JustGiving.com donation link above with the aim of raising 500 UKP in the next 12 months.
Use the Tabber widget to add up to 10 tabbed widget areas in to one existing widget.
Tabber Widget works in all browsers, and comes packed with 4 templates that can be customized to the look of your site.
Redirect commenters who just made their first comment to a page of your choice. On this page, you could thank them for commenting and ask them to subscribe to your blog, like you on Facebook, whatever you want!
For a great example of what you can reach with this plugin, read this blog post by Lisa Barone of Outspoken Media.
If you want to translate this plugin, the POT file is included, please send the author an email with your .po and .mo files and they'll be included in the plugin.
